Seven steps take an order from your first conversation with us to the finished piece.

Customer Requirement
You tell us what you need. Share your idea, sketch, reference image or dimensions.
Step 2
Design Discussion
We talk through the design, how the piece will be used and the space it is meant for.
Step 3
Material & Finish Selection
You choose the material, finish, colour and stain, with our advice where you want it.
Step 4
Design Finalization
The design and dimensions are confirmed with you before any manufacturing begins.
Step 5
Precision Manufacturing
The piece is built in our workshop to the agreed design.
Step 6
Finishing & Quality Check
The finish is applied and the completed work is checked against the agreed design.
Step 7
Delivery / Installation
The finished work is delivered and, where required, installed at your site.
